Job Summary

Security Coordinator is responsible to manage the security issues in north provinces'Districts (Khulm, Kishem and Taluqan)

Duties & Responsibilities

Controlling the guard’s duty during the day in North Provinces.
Arranging the leave request for the security staff in North Provinces.
Arranging and controlling the night shift duties of the guards in North Provinces.
Arranging the documentations and weapons for the security guards whenever they go out of the region.
Train the guards on security issues according to security training department designed plan.
Providing security for the expatriate staff and guests whenever they go out.
Providing security to Finance in transferring money from bank to office and office to bank and in the payment days (Beneficiaries) in North Provinces.
Controlling the attendance of the guards regularly in North Provinces.
Any identical task related to security assigned by the Head of Security.
Prepare duty plans for the guards and present to the Head of Security.
Distributing weapons to armed guards in North Provinces.
Taking care of the weapons such cleaning and maintenance.
Controlling the security in the provinces as well.

Job Requirements

•At Least high school graduate
•At least 4 years experience in relevant job
•Good management Skills
•Ability to communicate with persons of various cultures
•Excellent written skills (Reports, Official Letters, Mail etc)
•Ability to work under pressure and respond to multiple tasks
•Ability to allocate and review priorities and meet deadlines
•Ability to work in a team environment
