Scope of Work:
Senior Administration Officer will provide operational support and coordination of Afghanistan country programs through different departments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Setting. Capacity to ensure administrative compliance with office rules and regulations.
â€¢ . Fluency with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and PPT, Internet Explorer as well as proven business correspondence writing and editing skills is necessary.
â€¢ Coordinating, meetings and presentation of information.
â€¢ Excellent verbal and written communication. Multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization, and filing skills are necessary.
â€¢ Demonstrated attention to detail and proven ability to follow procedures,
â€¢ Complete tasks, meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a cooperative, team-oriented environment.
â€¢ Proven ability to take input from multiple sources as well as work independently using initiative. Proven experience maintaining confidentiality.
â€¢ Ability to generate data, graphs, charts, etc from data provided

Qualifications and Requirements:
This position requires a BA/S in relevant field prefer Master Degree.
