Job Summary


The Product Development team is responsible for identifying suitable services to its target market, launching service and managing its complete life cycle.
As part of the Product Development team, his responsibilities but not limited to

a. Consolidate and Analyze daily reports
b. Conceptualize products and services according to target market with regards to MPaisa
c. Launch and do life-cycle management of services
d. Liaise between different departments to deliver products and services

Duties & Responsibilities


PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Roll out new products by following the Product Development process:
a. Identify opportunities for new products and services using MPaisa
b. Write functional requirements and specs to contribute to RFP or Product/Service Requirement.
c. Participate in vendor selection and management
d. Coordinate tasks between different departments to deliver service per the project plan schedule.
e. Write deliverables: business case, revenue forecast, PPP presentations, market research, marcom and customer care briefs, sales training, test plans, functional product specifications, project plan, etc.
b. Manage existing products:
a. Monitor product performance and analyze usage.
b. Meet revenue targets by launching promotions, enhanced functionality, etc.
c. Establish roadmaps and forecasts.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

• College Graduate
• Experience in project coordination / management is a must
• Experience in Product Development desired
• Telecom experience desired

Skills/Abilities
• Written and spoken English, Dari, Pashto
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• MS Office Skills
