Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will lead and manage a team of electricians that will plan, execute, supervise and manage multiple projects assigned to the team. The Senior Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the team to achieve project goals.

Duties & Responsibilities

Communicating and executing the vision, mission and strategic plan(s) of the company within his team.
Leading, guiding, directing and evaluating the work of other team members.
Achieving strategic goals and profitability requirements within the projects assigned to their team.
Forming, staffing, guiding, leading and managing a team sufficient to accomplish the requirements of the project
Be able to evaluate the success of the team as individuals
Plan, direct, and coordinate an entire activity or the activities of others.
Evaluate information and analyze problems logically to develop solutions.
Express ideas clearly to others.
Work with figures quickly and easily.
Deal with people in actual job duties beyond giving and receiving instructions.

Job Requirements

Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to apply:
1. We prefer a masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering will also be acceptable.
2. Must have 5 years of management experience in Electrical engineering projects.
