About ANAFAE:

ANAFAE ( Afghan National Association for Adult Education) is a non for profit, non government and non political organization established in November 2005. ANAFAE is to implement any donor project based on the ANAFAE objectives and Goals. ANAFAE recently granted the fund from DVV International a German organization to implement in 6 Afghanistan provinces.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
1. To do monthly financial planning for the assigned number of the projects.
2. To allocate Expenses to the right project line
3. To handle Petit Cash
4. To keep track of the budgets expenses and report any under/over budget before
5. To keep separate documents of each project and present updated financial report to the donor and/or project coordinators
6. To receive monthly field cashboxes for expenses allocation, then review, check and control of ANAFAE financial report as they are entered to the system. To make sure they are relevant to the budget, correctly charged to the cost codes and etc.
7. To quarterly do the cash projection from the donor
8. To enter the projects Transactions to the introduced accounting software
9. To direct supervise Kabul and regional finance team and to make sure they are doing their job properly..
10. To process cash transfer and maintain bank cash book and reconcile it on time.
11. To monthly close financial reports and submit it to General Administration manger on time.
12. To provide project staff payroll, get General administration manger approval and transfer the project staff salaries on time.
13. To deduct wages taxes and do tax payment to Government.
14. To maintain office employees salary loan and deduct the installment from their monthly salary.
15. To attend the partners, donors and government meeting in relates to the finance issues.
16. To arrange and provide staff travel cost for offices purpose.
17. To visit regional finance departments for trainings and controlling.
To do other duties as assigned by ANAFAE General administrative Manager relevant to this position.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor Degree in the Field of Finance
 At least 5-7 years experiences in the same field
 Computer skills, especially Microsoft excel
 Knowledge of Quick books accounting Soft ware is a plus
 Fluent in one of local and English languages
