Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Processing monthly Staff salaries

Preparing and following up invoices

Develop standard filing system for financial documents

Preparing and following up M16 with AOP finance and MoF

Processing allotment documents for all packages and following up with AOP finance and MoF

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

Recording all financial expenditures in a proper and standard System

Maintain daily/weekly/ Monthly financial tracking and reporting system

Assist the finance team in preparing regular financial reports

Preparing standard tracking system for allotments and payments

Any other task assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

a. Required Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Economics.
The degree must be attested from MOHE of Afghanistan.

b. Required Work Experience
At least 5 years of progressive work experience with government or donor funded organizations in accounting or financial management.
Required Key Competencies
Excellent working knowledge of English, both written and verbal. Fluent in Dari/Pashto.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Project), email/internet,
Be able to work in a challenging and demanding environment.
Be able to work in a multi-cultural environment
