The incumbent is responsible to lead Product Lifecycle Management, Geo Marketing & Market Research and Digital Transformation initiatives for Etisalat Afghanistan
Take proactive role in driving strategic initiatives for the organization, lead various Capability building projects and drive lead KPIs like Subscribers, Usage & Realization to meet Revenue objectives.
• Lead Product Marketing, Geo Marketing and Digital Transformation functions within Marketing department for Etisalat Afghanistan reporting to CCO
• Deliver overall Commercial Revenue objectives with special focus on Data penetration
• Deliver Subscriber Engagement KPIs by maintaining a healthy dispersion of Active Subs (Daily, 7 Days, 30 Days)
• Drive Devices & Data User penetration in LTE & 3G locations to maintain a healthy pipeline for Data revenue
• Deliver Value Extraction initiatives to grow High Value & Very High Value segment penetration on Active base
• Conceptualize, Design & Execute Product Roadmap for the Financial Year broken down to Quarterly phasing to meet Revenue & Subscriber objectives mentioned above
• Consistently monitor Voice & Data Realization trends at Product level to maintain Pricing hygiene and avoid cannibalization within Consumer & between Enterprise offerings
• Propose & Present Network Rollout Plan along with Business case highlighting ROI & Payback to Management
• Drive Route to Market initiatives to ensure productivity at Cell-site level by highlighting outliers and run Cross Functional efforts to revive / sustain / grow KPIs
• Strengthen VAS portfolio for the organization by onboarding new contents & services to deliver VAS penetration & Revenue objectives
• Drive Digital transformation initiatives including and not limited to App penetration and Engagement.
• Engage with Etisalat International team to replicate best practices from other OPCOs
• Forecasting & Budgeting Revenue build up at 3+9, 6+6 and 8+4 phasing with a monthly update to Management
• Lead Capability Projects along with IT & Core Network teams to pursue Marketing roadmap for next 3 years
MBA degree in Marketing with10+ years experience in Product Marketing role in a Telecom MNC
