The incumbent shall be reporting to Regional Director.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Sr. Regional Manager
The incumbent shall be responsible for following tasks
Â· He would be the regional head under whom the whole regional team shall report. He would be responsible to ensure smooth execution of operational as well as strategic business KPIâ€™s for his respective region; to have close liaison with regional government departments and governor; to handle all matters pertaining to government that includes high level of negotiations, conflict management, contracts etc; to ensure close liaison with functional heads in HO for monthly reporting based on regional progress and achievements.; to ensure operational affairs of region that includes smooth running of office, flagships, vehicle management, time and attendance of teams etc are executed as per company policy and compliance. In addition, ensure Technical, Admin and Government matters are managed end to end; and to Initiate any possible performance or operational gaps to regional director as and when required.
Excellent leadership skills, interpersonal skills, working in diversified work environment, excellent understanding of global and regional telecom business and trends, ability to resolve complex matters amicably and well in time, proactive in developing strategies and achieving quality results as per business plans.
Ability to think out of box for creative solutions and ideas.
