•Executes training and community outreach activities in an identified geographic region including training of health providers including private pharmacists, doctors and midwives,, community leaders/influencers and NGO representatives on COMPRI-A Project supported public health products. .
•Contributes to the development of quality training materials for use in client training activities in the field.
•Coordinates/schedules client training field activities to include travel, locations/facilities and training materials production.
•Participates in continuous training and development sessions to ensure up-to-date knowledge of COMPRI-A project supported products and marketing strategies.
•Prepares periodic reports for the client training supervisor on training activities, as required.
•Adheres to all COMPRI-A project administrative and operations policy and procedures.
•Performs any other duties as needed

. Have a Medical Degree from a registered university.
2. Have at least 5 years of experience in direct training in the field of health with national and international NGOs.
4. Demonstrate competency with computer programs, especially word processing and spreadsheets.
5. Be able to travel throughout Afghanistan, as needed
6. Be fluent in Pashto, Dari and English languages.
7. Have good leadership and communication
