Job Summary:

Position Summary:
The Shipping officer should report to Ti procurement director and maintain close relation with his/her coworkers for the completion of all shipping activities in considering time and low cost and take appropriate action to minimize required procurement items delays.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

Forwarders on the detail of all outgoing shipment booking function;
Perform shipment booking for all outgoing shipments;
Provide detail of outgoing shipment to all parties responsible for ensuring an on-time delivery to customers;
Reviews log data to establish status at the beginning of the shift;
To prepare all required shipping documents and invoicing on a timely manner;
Co-ordinate internal activities related to all outgoing shipments with other department concerned;
Account for a complete and accurate closure of all job paperwork issued against customer orders;
Generate shipping documentation for all outgoing shipments;
Maintain shipment records in a manner facilitating easy retriever;
Assist preparing Packing List, shipping invoicing, Bill of Loading checking and issuance Liaise with freight;
Is responsible for the accurate calculation of quantities and preparation of all commercial documentation;

Job Requirement:

Educational Requirements:
BA in Business or diploma in related field

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
2 or more years experience in a Courier.
1 year experience in Logistics, Custom Clearance in Kabul Air Port
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Skills in the use of Excel for data analysis and proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to deal with complex and ambiguous situations.
