Job Summary

1. Receives customer applications and requirements

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Receives customer applications and requirements,
2. Ensures all required information and documents is available, Develops strong bond with customers, to generate demand and in order to enhance revenue, Responsible to achieve high level of customer satisfaction, while interfacing with the customer.

Job Requirements

1. Takes what requirement of the customer needs and ensures customer needs are satisfied.
2. Gains maximum knowledge on the customer through engaging in dialogue, with the customer and builds customer profile.
3. Reviews the application and customer requirement, ascertains the correctness of the data and compliance with necessary formalities and understands the customer needs.
4. Provides the customer on time deliverables (appointment time, equipment, receipt, number allocated).
5. Accepts bill payments from the customer and issues receipts.
6. Ensure that the customers are satisfied in all cases.
7. Very good English both spoken and written
8. Very good computer skills
9. Strong communication skills
10. Strong people and resources management skills
11. Flexible with ability to manage stress and pressure
12. Creative and decision maker
