Job Summary:
The Site Lead supervises the local staff at the site, lead complex service management activities and operations to ensure a high level of quality and customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must have mechanical skills and working knowledge of maintenance operations and production.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise all local employees on site.
Ensure that all local staff are performing their duties according to expected standard.
Direct local staff and provide guidance.
Ability to recognize, define and order auto parts.
Take responsibility and manage all company assets.
Administer local staff attendance and approve their leave requests.
Manage day-to-day operations of the program on site.
Maintain high quality site that meets or exceeds organization’s expectations.
Understand auto engines and auto technical specifications.
Establish and maintain positive working relationships with subordinates.
Submit time sheets, leave forms and all other required documentations on a timely basis.
Train and assist newly hired staff at the site.
Demonstrate professional behavior at all times to provide a positive role model for staff.
Serve as the primary point of contact on site.
Perform maintenance to all mechanical equipment on site.
At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
Maintain professional relationship with management to resolve employee issues.
Accountable for interfacing and coordinating the resolution of issues on site.
Able to troubleshoot problems and coordinate site activities.
Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient work progress at the site.
Ensure proper site operation and maintenance.
Strictly following up maintenance issues.
Preparing schedule to receive and deliver vehicles at workshop.
Job Requirement:
At least 10 years of experience as mechanic Head
Very good Understanding, Speaking and Writing in English
Diploma or Bachelor degree from technical universities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and other computer applications
Vocational training in auto repair (Mechanic).
Experience working at military bases.
Good knowledge of auto parts and mechanical specifications.
