Job Summary:
Review and monitoring the regulation of social affairs implementation in accordance with the rules and procedures of social affairs and in accordance with the contract
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Giving advice for developing management of social affairs work plan for taking approvals from authority.
2- Communicate with mines audits for evaluating and reporting the implementation of social rules and regulation by miners.
3- Cooperating in reviewing and evaluating of the social affects and implementation of social rules and regulation of mines by miners.
4- Cooperation with National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA) to identifying evidence of social negative effect.
5- Evaluating technical repairing plan, reduce anxiety, social and environmental affects in cooperating with National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA) for reduce anxiety.

7- Provide offers and advise to meet the need of health, safety and environment.
8- Participation in providing educational programs for miners and workers about observing social affairs regulations for raising capacity building.
9- Provide reports from related department from implementation of activities, achievements to health safety and environmental general manager.
10- Doing other duties which are related to the job, laws, regulations and objectives of the ministry that ask by the manager.
Job Requirement:
At least Bachelor degree in Social Science, Mine and Geology and any other related field and Master preferred.
At least 5 years of working experience in related fields.
Fluency in national languages of Dari and Pashto
Have a good understanding of Afghanistan’s law and culture
Have good managerial skills
Be fluent in English
Have good Persuasion skills
Have at least bachelor in law or social science, Master is preferable
Have a good understanding of Afghanistan Civil law and social protection law
