We are looking for someone who can Manage our Social Media pages for our clients! Facebook, Twitter, Instagram , Youtube and more.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Ø Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
Ø Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
Ø Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
Ø Create: content, promotion and engagement strategy for social media pages.
Ø Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Ø Create and meet customer targets.
Ø Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Ø Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Ø Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Ø Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Journalism or relevant field
Bachelors / Masters preferred
Ø Proven work experience as a Social media manager
Ø Hands on experience in content management
Ø Excellent copywriting skills
Ø Experience in creating brands
Ø Ability to identify target customers
Ø Ability to set clear objectives
Ø Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Ø Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google -
Ø Knowledge of online marketing channels
Ø Familiarity with web design
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Analytical and multitasking skills
