The Social Program manager is responsible for maintaining day to day administrative and social activities in order to meet the employer's business objectives by coordinating the task between site and main office which he/she shall be able to advise and implement policies & procedure, develop and retain the activities needed to meet these objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION
Under the supervision of ARZU headquarter and Kabul office to manages all aspects of the Social program section in Bamyan, Regional Office.
Attaining governmental meetings and other governmental events.
Preparing and submitting quarterly and annual reporting to governmental agencies.
Responsible for managing and supervising of staffs in Bamyan
Responsible for monthly reporting to Kabul main office

EDUCATION: Completion of at least University/College study required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of two years’ experience in Administrative activities in governmental departments or in organizations which reports to Ministry of Economy, Social Affairs & Martyr and disabled or any relevant governmental departments is required.
