Job Summary:

The applicant should have proper knowledge of overall software development infrastructure, he/she should have creative mind and should have ability to solve complex problems and scenarios, having the ability to work under tough and short time situations (if needed sometimes), he/she should understand completely the agile software development methodology, familiarity and having experience of using multiple technologies under same platform, ability to sync, read, update, and delete data from single source to many databases and servers, having the idea for management of big data, ability of having complex data analysis and design. he/she should trace issues and development process by Git and provide proper weekly reports to direct managers.   

Duties & Responsibilities:

We are looking for an MVC developer that will be able to develop and support existing applications or work with a team to develop new applications. The main scope of work will include everything from back-end to client-side code, using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns. Your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop these applications. Therefore, it’s essential that you are skilled at problem solving, solution design, and high-quality coding.

Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities. 

Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal training, certifications, or work experience in coding are required (Master’s degree proffered).

Job Requirement:

  • Basic knowledge of Java, C#, PHP are fundamental requirement
  • Willingness to learn new development methodologies
  • Ability to liaison and work with non-programmers
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of object-oriented, procedural and functional programing
  • Strong object oriented PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadline

  • Ability to work on multiple projects
  • Experience in:
  • MVC Frameworks
  • Secure software development would be an advantage
  • APIs like Rest and SOAP would be an asset
  • Oracle Database would be an asset
  • Linux would be an asset
  • JavaScript - Ajax knowledge would be an asset
  • Experience with high traffic websites and systems would be an asset
  • Knowledge of:
  • Translating functional requirements into technical requirements
  • Creating timelines and writing technical documentation
  • Testing the stability and functionality of the application
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
  • Familiar with Git and resource tracker technologies 
  • Web services, SQL language and ORM technologies
  • Web platform development
  • Web application customization
  • At least 2~3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor`s degree or master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
