Job Summary:

Responsible for end to end management of Procure to pay (P2P), Procure to Capitalization (PTC) and related processes and policies ensuring compliance by staff and partners. In addition, but not necessarily limited to, the Specialist- Analytics and Process Improvement will be responsible for the following:

  • Good financial accounting knowledge, Procure to Pay and Procure to Capitalization processes
  • Good knowledge of the Capex & Opex ordering and tracking systems
  • Good knowledge of compliance and anti-fraud procedures

 

IT KNOWLEDGE

 

  • Excellent database preparation and database modification skills using MS Office Products

·        Experience with ERP systems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitorand ensure effective vendor and contract management
  • Validate vendor on boarding documents
  • Review and maintain active vendor register
  • Work with Sourcing & Contracts Manager to ensure contract governance is effected for key and critical vendors
  • Ensure Partner evaluations are conducted annually and corrective plans signed off
  • Monitor and report key initiatives for the department
  • Validate and provide monthly savings report
  • Review and report open PO and PR reports
  • Audit champion for Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics
  • Responsible for the Departments compliance dashboard
  • Communicate various dashboards and reports to the Procurement Director
  • Support ERP and CMS users to obtain required credentials
  • Drive and implement process improvement and innovation
  • Any duties assigned by the supervisors.

Qualifications:

 

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

 

  • Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Accounting, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline is preferred
  • Graduate Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Procurement& Supply (UK) –(added advantage)

 

EXPERIENCE

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement environment/finance is required
  • Internal audit experience –added advantage
  • A member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS)
