He/She will be responsible as below:
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. CONSUMER INSIGHTS MANAGEMENT
1.1 Researches and consolidates findings from brand health check, customer experience survey, customer services reports & market intelligence to check and monitor the performance of the brand
1.2 Brand Health check & Customer Experience surveys.
1.3 Prepare and monitor competitive environment and give periodic reports
2.1 Developing promotion proposal/evaluate those developed by the P&S team.
2.2 4.2 Develops promotions communication tactical plan and trade support strategy for the brand.
2.3 4.3 Evaluates promotion performance and adjust communication accordingly to ensure promotions meet set objectives.2.4
2.5 6. PRODUCT LAUNCHES AND EVENTS MANAGEMENT
2.6 6.1 Co-ordinates and executes launch & promotional events.
2.7 6.2 Activates brand visibility on all exhibitions (mass market) and corporate events.
2.8 6.3 Developing launch presentations/explainer videos, managing events resources responsible for Venue Branding, meals, Entertainment, Venue security
2.9 6.4 Prepares launch communication for both internal and external stakeholders
8. TRADE MARKETING SUPPORT
2.10 Inputs branding designs to the Trade Marketing Team which are used in branding the exterior and interior of all shops, containers, retail boards etc.
10. REPORTS AND PRESENTATIONS
10.1 Prepares daily, weekly and monthly brand (P&S) reports e.g. HOD Marketing KPI dashboard, Status report and Daily Call to action
11. SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT
11.1 Provides marketing material for the sales team including flyers, posters and giveaway
11.2 Gives direction to customer services on how to respond to product queries by providing presentations, script guide, campaigns and giveaways
13. ADMINISTRATION WORK
13.1 Keeps records of all orders, PO requisitions and tax invoices
13.2 Liaises with Finance for all payments and order generation
14.1 Supervises the MARCOM Brand specialists / Graduate Marketing Trainees/ Marketing Attachés in the execution of agreed brand (P&S) programs
Qualification & Experience
5 – 8 years Brand Marketing GSM telecommunications experience at a management & supervisory level
Product subscriber targets
Formal Communications Demand creation
Promotions advertising /communications ( ATL/BTL)
New product Launch Events and Communications
Relationships – sales
Manage and lead a team of Marketing Brand specialist
