Tasks and Responsibilities:

Entering new account-opening applications and closing of accounts in the bank database for both Head Office and branches.

Edit, maintain and clean the entered data in the system.
􀂃
Issuing check books (head office and branches).
􀂃
Activating Internet-banking accounts for clients (head office and branches).
􀂃
Sending of Account Statements on daily and/or weekly basis.
􀂃
Printing of ID cards for clients.
􀂃
Responsible for keeping data in proper way either digitally or physically.

Check the entered data very clear.
􀂃
Collecting missing documentation from other departments and branches.
􀂃
Maintain proper filling system of department’s documents.
􀂃
Any other duty assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement:
High school graduation, University degree will be an advantage.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, Pashto and Dari.
􀂃
Strong computer skill (Office package).
􀂃
Minimum 1 Year working experience in related field.
