Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Test telecom services daily.
2. First analysis the complaints.
3. Check the problems on (Billing and HLR) systems.
4. Escalate the problem to the right department.
5. Feed back to Flagship, Call Center, Sales support and Finance with the SLA.
6. Reporting to VAS operation manager
Bachelor Degree in relevant field
1-2 years of related experience preferably with telecom
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
â€¢ Excellent computer skills.
â€¢ Experience in MS office.
â€¢ Experience in telecom field (Advantage)
â€¢ Experience in database like Oracle, sql, Sybase (Advantage)
â€¢ Fluent in English writing and speaking, other language like Dari and Pashto is an advantage.
â€¢ Team worker.
â€¢ Able to work under pressure.
