To assist in Audit and Departmental Administration, conduct on site enquiries and audit across our operations spread over Afghanistan.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Preparation of audit reports and providing support where resources are limited to complete audit reports.
â€¢ Provide operational audit support to the departments.
â€¢ Drafting outgoing mail: standard letters/documents at the request of the Audit Manager.
â€¢ Following guidelines and making use of templates when making documents, letters, memos, presentations; looking for improvements in layout and structure of documents.
â€¢ Making presentations, collecting documents, filing and providing general administrative support where necessary.
â€¢ Structuring time and identifying priorities in the day's work, getting things done adapting spontaneously to constraints or changes in the environment (workload, operational needs).
â€¢ Liaison with all the business functions of the organization, which includes HR, Finance, Commercial, operations and etc to gather audit requirements.
â€¢ Provide operational and administrative support.
â€¢ Prepare analysis and provide support in implementation.
â€¢ Must be undergoing ACCA /CIA studies having completed few of the parts.
â€¢ Graduation in Commerce or Business Administration desired
â€¢ Experience in the area of Audit is preferred
â€¢ NECESSARILY AN AFGHAN NATIONAL
â€¢ Ability in written communication in English
â€¢ Language requirements: English, Dari and Pashto
â€¢ Computer knowledge requirements is Must
â€¢ Abilities and personal traits the candidate must possess to better do this job such as ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, tact, negotiation skills, organizational skills etc.
