Job Summary

Assistant for Health, Education and Development (AHEAD) is looking for an experience Surgeon with back ground of BPHS experience for SEHATMANDI-BPHS Takhar and Samangan provinces.

Duties & Responsibilities

مسوليت هاي عمده واساسی:

•      معاينه و تداوی تمام مريضانيکه ايجاب تداوی جراحی را مينمايند.

•      اجرای تمام عملِات های عاجل و روتين مطابق ستندرد های قبول شده علمی ومسلکی.

•      اجرای کمک های اوليه، تثبيت مريض و رجعت دادن آن به شفاخانه ولايتی در صورتيکه تداوی آن در سطح شفاخانه ولسوالی ممکن نباشد.

•      مراعات نمودن تمام شرايط و معيارات جلوگيری از انتان ( (Infection Prevention.

•      اجرای منظم نوکريوالی مطابق تقسيم اوقات.

•      اجرای تمام عمليات های عاجل که در اوقات غير رسمی به شفاخانه مراجعه ميکنند.

•      اجرای تعليمات صحي نظر به ضرورت به مريضان و مريضداران.

•      استفاده از سيستم اداره معلومات صحی در امورکاری روزانه.

•      همکاری با ساير بخش های مسلکی در سطح شفاخانه درصورت ضرورت.

•      راپور دهی منظم از فعاليت های بخش مربوطه به آمر شفاخانه.

•      اشتراک در پاسخدهی به واقعات عاجل صحی در ساحه مربوطه.

•      سعی وهمکاری های لازم جهت بالا بردن ارتقا دانش مسلکی تيم عمليات خانه ( نرس ها و انستيزی لوگ).

•      اجرای ساير مسوليت های رسمی ومسلکی که از طرف آمر شفاخانه وقتآ فوقتآ سپرده ميشود.

ساير وظايف:

•      بهبود بخشيد ن عرضه خد ما ت صحي جراحی در شفاخانه.

•      ارايه نمودن پيشنهادات غرض بهبود شرايط عرضه خدمات صحي به آمر شفاخانه.

•      بهبود بخشيد ن سطح دا نش و مهارت علمي و مسلكي و اشتراک در تمام برنامه های آموزشی که به منظور ارتقای دانش تنظيم ميگردد.

Job Requirements

•      MD (داشتن د يپلوم طبابت)

•      داشتن تخصص در جراحی عمومی و يا داشتن تجربه کاری معادل آن

•      داشتن سجاياي اخلاقي (صبرو حوصله ، دلسوزي، محتاط بودن...)
