FLAG International Afghanistan (FIA) is an AISA registered non-governmental organization based in Kabul. FIA provides entrepreneurs, businesses and community groups with business planning, financial instruction and career training opportunities in order to maximize their economic, social and entrepreneurial potential. FIA is also a facilitating partner under the National Solidarity Program, which provides capacity building, infrastructure improvements and technical expertise to communities throughout Afghanistan. In addition, FIA is engaged in agricultural extension training in conjunction with the Ministry of Agriculture, Information and Livestock, engaging with farming communities on new agricultural methods, tools and techniques.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Survey Team Member is responsible for providing the following;
Conducting a survey in accordance with a prepared questionnaire, this will serve to gather all of the information required by the client;
Conduct an accurate survey, ensuring professional communication with those being interviewed at all times;
Developing an accurate, up to date profile on the survey information;
Accurately measuring and reporting on the numbers, type and quality of the census information;
Providing daily updates to the survey team leader, including any interesting feedback, questions or comments related to the survey;
Make recommendations concerning the survey gathering methods, data collected and future analysis;
Prepare a comprehensive report which will compile, collate, and analyze the survey data;
Organize and conduct /facilitate focus group discussions (if applicable)
Any and all other relevant duties as directed by the Director of Agriculture and/or Country Director.
High School Graduate;
Fluency in verbal and written Pashto , Dari and English
Experience in the related field.
