Afghans4Tomorrow, Inc. (A4T) is a non-profit, humanitarian organization dedicated to the development and capacity building of Afghanistan. A4T is a registered 501(c)(3) in the US. Graduate from the Faculty of Science
Duties & Responsibilities:
Be present on time in class with regular teaching plan (9 am up to 5pm).
Be responsible for students’ attendance sheets.
Evaluate students’ homework, previous lessons and be ready for new lesson per approved Schedule Plan.
Fully utilize teaching aids and equipment.
Increase student talent and encourage student to learn and be polite in daily living.
Follow the Ministry of Education directives.
Send suggestions, complaints, administrative problems, teaching problems, personal problems, etc. (outside of teaching capacity) in a letter to the Managing Director / Program Department at the A4T main office.
Participate in student exams weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly and enter on result sheets (per principal’s approval).
Complete the training progress book in the end of each teaching hour in each class.
Regular attendance is mandatory and all absences must be excused or requested in advance.
Following the rules and regulation of Afghans 4 Tomorrow.
Graduate from the Faculty of Science in math and biochemistry department
At least 3 Year Experience in teaching in Science subject
Fluency in written and spoken Pashto and Dari
Familiar with computer (MS office)
