Job Summary:
The team leader is responsible for Emergency project implementation, supervision of activities and coordination with district & provincial authorities and relevant NGOs within regional areas.
She/he will conduct himself/herself both professionally and personally in such a manner as to bring credit to DACAAR and to not jeopardize its humanitarian mission.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare action plan and make sure that all interventions and achievements within the target areas, are on a right track towards project objectives and goal.
Supervise daily assignments of H.E promoters, Forman & skill labor and other staff of field office.
Coordinate the project activities with regional office NGOs and Governmental authorities and liaise with local authorities, local shuras, NGOs and donor’s representatives within the regional area.
Solve the problems, if any, of project staff with IDP/ community and authorities
Check the quality/Progressive of work and local materials of emergency project interventions
Oversee the correct use of DACAAR assets including vehicles/equipments and supervise it as regularly.
Oversee proper use of DACAAR money and closely monitor the cash flow and expenditure of the project.
Mobilize IDP/Communities to contribute their part to the project if required.
Inform project staff of decisions made by Regional/Program/DACAAR Senior Management.
Control/authorize leave for project staff
Facilitate human resources allocation to project in relevant locations and consulates with Regional Manger about the issue.
Conducting the assessment , where IDP & affected people are settled
Preparing the assessment report together with other concerned NGOs, and sending on time assessment report to regional manager/Emergency WASH Manager
Prepare monthly expenses vouchers of the project.
Prepare monthly progress report, stock report and attendance report.
Prepare completion reports and send to regional office.
Prepare completion reports for emergency project
Prepare non expendable stock report at the end of project.
Ensure a suitable software training is done /utilized properly for the assessment purpose
Ensure that safety procedure is followed.
Ensure ERM work complies with design and accepted standards.
Authorizing leave for site staff
Any other task given by the supervisor

Education/ Qualification and Employment Benefits
