Job Summary

To manage the activities of animal health and mobilization of the team for implementation of the projects.
To train the VFUs and Para-vets for increasing their technical skills.
To train all the team of animal health for providing report and data collection.

Duties & Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1 - Mobilization the team according provided their job description and tasks to be done.
2 - Providing the schedule and personnel work plan for the team of animal health and follow-up the team according their prepared work plan and their responsibilities and tasks to be done in a good way.
3 - Providing the needy follow-up tools for animal health activities (field data collection, training of the team for the filling the tools).
4 - Training of animal health team (VFUs + Para-vets) according the project tasks and improvement of their technical knowledge.
5 - Controlling of OPD register book with their activities in the field.
6 - Collecting the needy lists of project (vaccines, tools and materials) before and within the project implementation and to be ready for putting in the Monthly fund request of each month according to the budget line and to discussing with PC for providing.
7 - Checking and controlling the coming and expending including outgoing the vaccines, tools and materials in the project sites.
8 - According to the project planning and need, providing monthly fund requests of animal health with collaboration of his team and submitted to the admin / finance for monthly fund request.
9 - Fill out the provided follow-up tools and formats for the admin / finance aspects to be done for showing the clearness activities of admin / finance.
10 -Providing Monthly reports of activities done and summarizing the collected field data from VFUs.
11 - Implementing of survey with team of animal health in the field of veterinary and animal health.
12 - Computerizing the collected and the summarized datas.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENT AND SKILLS:
• To have DVM or Animal Science degree,
• To be able to read, write and speak fluently, English and Dari languages.
• To have enough skills of computer, especially to be able to work on Excel and Word.
• To be wise, honest, rigorous and hard worker and feel responsibility for his duties.
• To have at least 2 years work experience with organizations
