Job Summary

Provide technical support to counterparts to improve complaints management and case tracking functions, and develop investigatory functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to establish a system for tracking corruption complaint cases;
• Establish agreements with ministries and government agencies who already have hotlines to share information;
• Develop standard procedures to investigate complaints;
• Develop a public information campaign about the complaints mechanism;
• Research and support implementation of traditional justice approaches to resolve complaints.

Job Requirements

• Experience developing procedures to handle complaints from citizens concerning alleged government corruption (including hotlines);
• Experience with implementing alternative dispute resolution practices, utilizing traditional justice mechanisms, to resolve complaints and grievances;
• Experience developing agreements among government agencies to respond effectively to citizen complaints.
