Provide technical support to counterparts to improve complaints management and case tracking functions, and develop investigatory functions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Provide technical support to establish a system for tracking corruption complaint cases;
â€¢ Establish agreements with ministries and government agencies who already have hotlines to share information;
â€¢ Develop standard procedures to investigate complaints;
â€¢ Develop a public information campaign about the complaints mechanism;
â€¢ Research and support implementation of traditional justice approaches to resolve complaints.
â€¢ Experience developing procedures to handle complaints from citizens concerning alleged government corruption (including hotlines);
â€¢ Experience with implementing alternative dispute resolution practices, utilizing traditional justice mechanisms, to resolve complaints and grievances;
â€¢ Experience developing agreements among government agencies to respond effectively to citizen complaints.
