Job Summary

The IT Support Officer will provide Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical IT issues dealing with customer computer based systems remotely and on site as needed (i.e. networking, software applications, PC’s, printers, routers, access points, etc.)

Troubleshooting assigned service calls as scheduled to ensure customer satisfaction, quality and productivity.

Duties & Responsibilities

Knowledge of Call Center Conference Room wireless technologies TCP/IP/networking implementation.

Strong experience of Designing Maintaining and Troubleshooting of Networks.

Strong communication skills in Dari Pashto English.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2013 2016 and outlook.

Must be self-starter with excellent demonstrated teamwork skills.

Maintenance installation & configuration of different devices Printers wireless access points.

Willing to work under pressure and longer hours.

Provide technical and operational support to Users and Operators.

Perform all IT administration related tasks.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field required


  • At least 1 Years Practical Experience in IT.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT (Computer Science) qualification required
  • CCENT, CCNA and Network Plus are required.
  • Fluency in English required;
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong network and problem solving
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
