Job Summary

The Trading Desk Department is responsible for delivering high standards of service to customers by making the most effective and efficient use of call-center staff and technology resources. The department will purely deal with customers and will be responsible for answering customers’ calls and doing transaction for them.
The “Trading Desk” is responsible to attend outbound calls in an effective and efficient manner. They are intended to follow the process and procedure of taking customer calls. All Dealing Center Officers are reporting to Trading Desk Supervisor for any related issue and the supervisor will be directly reporting to the top management.

Duties & Responsibilities


Customer deal should take no more than 25 sec.

Needs to apply friendly Verbal communication.

Follows company’s rules and procedure while attending customer calls.

Effective communication, proper listening, call attending and data entry skills.

Customer service and multi-tasking techniques.

Keep customer confidentiality.

Maintain the Dealing Center database up to date.

Strictly enforce Clients Trade Limits as per the Company’s policy

Make sure that the customer receive his dealing price.

Answering clients questions with a proper manner.

Providing information of the company comprehensively.

Make sure that all customers are and properly registered in the system.

Be polite and patience during attending customer calls.

Handle challenging customers and large number of calls.

Keep proper records of the registered transactions on timely basis.

Provide a genuine daily work report “shift wise” to supervisor.

Fully coordinate with each other in all operations duties.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Dealing Centre Supervisor.

Job Requirements


High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus

Proven experience as tele-sales representative or other sales/customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
