Ensure that in bound and out-bound fuel tankers are progressed efficiently and fairly. Minimize delays and bottlenecks and ensure that convoys are ready on departure as required and as per schedule.
Develop an efficient system to move in-bound fuel tankers through the downloading, documentation completion and exit processes smoothly and with a minimum of delay.
Coordinate and prioritise out-bound trucks for loading and departure to ensure that the replenishment plan is achieved.
Manage ad-hoc movements to minimize impact on daily operations.
Analyze scheduling procedures with the view to improving and streamlining the activity.
Provide support to the Transport Manager on projects and other operations as required.
Experience in Pakistan and Afghanistan is highly beneficial.
Experience in truck scheduling and movements planning.
Fluency or understanding of Pashto, Urdu, Farsi or Dari is highly beneficial.
Clear and decisive communicator.
Proactive and self motivated.
Strong leadership skills
Availability to travel in areas where we operate
