Skills Description:

Skills : good interpersonal and communication skills, great team lead, good time management

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and Analyze training needs according to needs
  2. Perform training need assessment
  3. Develop and organize training materials, make training schedules
  4. Prepare and deliver training programs
  5. Build quarterly and annual training program and provide the report
  6. Prepare budget for training programs
  7. Oversee employee attendance and performance
  8. Track employee success and progress
  9. Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
  10. Prepare and deliver training courses
  11. Bring guest presenters if necessary
  12. Having written assessment from the participants at the end of training program,
  13. Checking assessment papers and scoring,
  14. Sharing the result of assessment on who is passed and failed,
  15. File and record of all training types
  16. Optimizing Training process for efficiency.
  17. Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver trainings.
  18. Selecting and managing resources, including working with both internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
  19. Any other job related tasks given by supervisor/s.

Job Location:

Afghanistan, Kabul


Education: Bachelor Degree. MBA will be preferred

Specialized knowledge : Knowledge of best practices and technical knowledge of Banking

Professional Certification: TTP and HR Management

Experience :

  • 5 years of experience of teaching in University
  • Knowledge of banking will be asset
