Job Summary

FLAG International Afghanistan is seeking individuals to implement project-based entrepreneurial training programs in Bamyan province. The trainers will be asked to review and adjust the existing training materials of FLAG International Afghanistan and to adapt, design, elaborate, and localize the materials. Background in SME’s development and training/teaching is preferred but not required. All applicants must be willing to relocate to Bamyan province for the duration of the training.

Duties & Responsibilities

1.To deliver localized enterprise business trainings at the provincial level.
2.To improve the trainee’s capacity to train villagers on business initiatives.
3.Develop training materials, modules and translate them into Dari and Pashto
4.To assess the needs for new training programs/projects
5.Develop Curriculums, Manuals, Methodologies and Workbooks for the training programs
6.Ensure excellence in Quality of Training implementation, Methodologies, and Assessments
7.Develop instruments to evaluate needs, monitor quality and meet and exceed training objectives for the future training programs.
8.Prepare case studies to augment training modules.
9.Work with relevant team members in revising and finalizing training modules drawing upon resources and expertise from various sources.

Job Requirements

1.Minimum of 3 years experience in the related field.
2.A Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resource, or Project Management.
3.Excellent oral and written communications and training skills in English, Dari, and Pashto.
4.Experienced in working with MS office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
5.Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
6.Demonstrated knowledge in delivering business and marketing trainings
7.Individuals with SME lending, commercial banking and BDS experience are preferred.
