ANAFAE ( Afghan National Association for Adult Education) is a non for profit, non government and non political organization established in November 2005. ANAFAE is to implement any donor project based on the ANAFAE objectives and Goals. ANAFAE recently granted the fund from DVV International a German organization to implement in 6 Afghanistan provinces.

Job Summary:

• helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
• Working with training providers to develop suitable course
• Providing materials for Adult learning Center
• Teaching Diploma Business Administration for Adult learning Center

Duties & Responsibilities:

• identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments;
• Designing and developing training material and development programs based on both the organization and the individual's needs.
• monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers;
• helping line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups;
• Working with training providers to develop suitable course
• Providing materials for Adult learning Center
• Teaching Diploma Business Administration for Adult learning Center
