ïƒ– The National Solidarity Program Trainer is responsible of conducting NSP trainings to both MADERA staff and communities members in accordance with the Operational Manual V of NSP.
ïƒ– The Trainer is expected to train other trainers of MADERA
Duties & Responsibilities:
ïƒ¼ a. NSP Orientation NSP Goals and Objectives, Outline of Major Steps, Outline of Roles of CDCs, Seek buy-in of the community At the start of the mobilization phase
ïƒ¼ b. NSP CDC Membersâ€™ Training Detailed roles and responsibilities of CDC Members, with special focus on roles of CDC Office Bearers Immediately after registration of the CDC
ïƒ¼ c. Basic Project Management Guidelines and Skills Training What is a NSP subproject? What is project management? What needs to be done by the community from the start of subproject proposal preparation to the completed subprojectâ€™s operations and maintenance During CDP preparation and immediately after nomination of Project Management Committee (PMC)
ïƒ¼ d. NSP Accounting Training As stated in the NSP Accounting Training Manual and NSP Operational Manual After submission of subproject proposals and before receipt of block grant funds in CDC bank accounts
ïƒ¼ e. NSP Procurement Training As stated in the NSP Procurement Training Manual and NSP Operational Manual After submission of subproject proposals and before receipt of block grant funds in CDC bank accounts
ïƒ¼ f. CDC bylaws CDC roles and responsibilities as stated in the bylaws During the CDP processes
ïƒ¼ g. Community Participatory Monitoring (CPM) where rolled out What is CPM, how to monitor the NSP sub projects at the community level, the role and Before start of subproject implementation
ïƒ¼ h. Safeguards Land acquisition, social and environmental risks, safeguards, mitigation measures Before start of subproject implementation.
â€¢ To be graduated at least from high school, Bachelor is appreciated.
â€¢ Excellent skill of work with communities
â€¢ Excellent communication skills
â€¢ To be able to read, write and speak fluently, English and Local languages (Dari and Pashto).
â€¢ To have enough skills of computer, especially to be able to work on Excel and Word.
â€¢ To be wise, honest, rigorous and hard worker and feel responsibility for his duties.
â€¢ Work experience as Trainer in community driven development and NSP program is compulsory.
