Job Summary

Supports the Gender directorate in Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission staff in terms of their capacity development on basic office management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conducting a training need assessment survey
• Setting Training Plan according to the overall plan of Capacity Building of the directorate
• Develop training materials (training modules) on assessed training topics.
• On the job training of staff on developing work plans, Presentations, Office management, work organizations, fixing appointment, meeting manners, preparing agendas, replying e-mails, official interactions, filling, recording, book keeping, inventory management and daily activities
• Ensures that a participative and interactive training approach is adopted during training delivery.
• Setting up an evaluation system to ensure that the training has been effective

Job Requirements


• Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent experiences
• Preferably 2 years o work experience with the civil service, and knowledge of official procedures
• Knowledge, understanding and commitment to gender issues and eliminating discrimination against women in the Afghan concept.
• Strong organizational and management skills (Organization and facilitation of meetings, logistics, filing system) and disseminating information asset: management experience
• At least 3 years of extensive working experience in conducting trainings

• Diplomatic, professional, discreet, co-operative, communicate and friendly
• Organized and efficient
• Experienced in team work, readiness to mentor and support
• Experienced in working with international agencies
• Willing to undertake any task in the service of the government
• Presentation and representation skills, including Power-Point


Language skills:
• Excellent written and spoken Dari and English
• Presentation Skills
