Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct training need assessment for all staff in close consultation of HR Head and concerned department/units and prepare capacity development plans accordingly.
• Develop new and revise the existing training modules for some technical and management trainings and prepare training materials accordingly.
• Conduct trainings in Head Office, regional offices and branches as per the agreed training modules and plans.
• Conduct training evaluation to assess that the knowledge, information, skills and practice are appropriate as per objectives.
• Seeking other training providers within the country and foreign countries to provide relevant trainings as per training needs assessment.
• Conduct regular field visit to assess the practical implication of the training provided and performance of the facilitators.
• Prepare training reports on monthly bases or whenever needed and asked.
• Attend meetings at different levels as training resource persons and assure technical support.
• Arrange the payrolls and maintain leave records of all MADRAC employees.
• Develop personal database for HRD and manage it on daily bases.
• Develop staff motivation and maintenance policy and procedures.
• Assist the HR Head in his daily work particularly in recruitment of staff and staff performance appraisals and attend meetings in his absence.
• Any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Educational qualification required: Universtiy degree relevant to the field.
Necessary Experience: 3 years experiences in relevant fields.
Other Qualifications an advantage: Strong management, leadership, good computer knowledge and familiar with Microfinance.
Languages neecded: Fluent in Dari, Pashtu and English.
Personal qualifications necessary: Punctual, hardworking, honest and initiative.
