Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Champion the management development programme especially at top management level.
â€¢ Assist in developing and supervising the implementation of the Training and development plan of the company.
â€¢ Supervise all related issues and ensure that the training materials are supplied and are according to standards and requirement of the company.
â€¢ Update and supervise the employees training records.
â€¢ Conduct and/or assist in new hire orientation.
â€¢ Develop, evaluate and controls the quality of the training program in order to meet the company needs, further develops educational program for all employees from the company related aspects or on a basis of general information or instruction.
â€¢ Conducts orientation classes for all staff.
â€¢ Assists the training coordinator with the Quality Assurance program.
â€¢ Supervise and assist educational training staff in planning and developing all educational programs.
â€¢ May assist in the interviewing and selection of prospective employees.
â€¢ Coordinates and communicates frequently with the staff.
â€¢ Participates in the development, revision, and implementation of all related policies and procedure.
â€¢ Helps to promote a fair and ethical work environment.
â€¢ Develops, maintains and utilize records and reports on all in â€“ service program and employee education.
â€¢ Develops implements and assists in the enforcement of an effective Training Program.
â€¢ Overall responsibility for organizing and planning roll out of training interventions within the company.
â€¢ Liaise with design team to ensure training materials are tailored to meet specific needs identified.
â€¢ Supervise that delivery is in accordance with timeline set and agreed with the line.
â€¢ Ensure quality and standard of training events.
â€¢ Performs Ad-Hoc duties as assigned by senior management of the company.
Knowledge and skills:
â€¢ To have Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or Social Studies and MBA is desirable.
â€¢ 3 years relevant experience in training.
â€¢ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
â€¢ Should be fluent in English and local languages Pashto and Dari.
