Job Summary:

Plan Future Services organize different trainings both for new graduates in career development and professional development to those who are working in an official context and decide to go extra mile in building their capacities. The candidate will coordinate the training department, give lecturers and work on training topics which includes but not limited to career development, project management, marketing management, HR management, office management, leadership, business communications, and personal grooming.

Female age 18-30.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Helping in Preparing, developing and customizing course outline and curriculums.

Preparing, developing and customizing training contents.

Delivering quality training on the selected topics.

Drafting a short and concise training report.

keeping the records of all the trainings.

preparing documents for the training projects.

Completing the RFP accordingly.

Conducting meetings with Governmental, NGOs, civil societies and universities.

Recruiting trainers for the relevant trainings.

Providing feedback on the quality and results of the trainings.

Over all coordination and management of the training unite.

Any other responsibility assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement:

MBA with 5 years working experience
