Job Summary:
In this context, MSF is recruiting one English Teacher.
Duties & Responsibilities:
MAIN PURPOSE:
Prepare and deliver quality classes of English to MSF staff in all departments based on needs (collective and individual classes) and focusing on the responsibilities and job profiles of each groups or staff.
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
1) Prepare detailed syllabus and materials for all classes to be delivered
2) Proactively coordinate with all departments to identify the needs and understand the working context of each group of staff
3) Assess the level of the staff, divide them into groups and adapt the content of the class
4) Deliver individual lessons for staff if the need is identified by the supervisor and the L&D manager
5) Provide regular feedback to the supervisors regarding the attendance and the improvement of the staff
Job Requirement:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES
Education
- High school diploma (12th class) essential
- University degree in relevant field desirable
- Proficient user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) essential
Experience
- Other experience in similar position desirable

- Dari/Pashtu: oral and written essential
