Duties & Responsibilities:
â€¢ Manage the fleet of GG heavy loaded cars and also official cars.
â€¢ Make the Vehicle Asset form for all heavy vehicles
â€¢ Manage the drivers on a day-to-day basis.
â€¢ Facilitate requests for transport from HQ office to the sites.
â€¢ Prioritize transport requests where necessary in cooperation with the Administration Manager.
â€¢ Ensure the vehicle tracking system.
â€¢ Establish a system for vehicle allocation and monitoring.
â€¢ Report any vehicles not arriving at the appointed time, immediately to the Operations Manager.
â€¢ Establish standardization for the vehicle fleet in regards to equipment, safety and maintenance in cooperation with the Security Officer.
â€¢ Provide advice to the Administration Manager on the needed safety equipment and training.
â€¢ Ensure proper management of vehicle first aid kits.
â€¢ Prepare requisitions for spare parts and maintain an appropriate level of spares at the project site.
â€¢ Provide technical input including mechanical repair for vehicles and all equipment. Conduct regular / standard vehicle inspections.
â€¢ Develop appropriate preventative maintenance schedules for all vehicles and ensure strict adherence to these procedures.
â€¢ Maintain service records on all vehicles and driving records on all drivers.
â€¢ Ensure that proper vehicle management policies are followed.
â€¢ Maintain a spare parts inventory and to assist in procurement of replacements in a timely manner.
â€¢ If applicable maintain records of rented vehicles and the vehicle rental agreements.
â€¢ Ensure an appropriate work schedule for the drivers and record working hours and overtime.
1. He/she must have at least 2 years of experience in field of mentioned Position employee for this position must have at least Baccalaureate degree.
2. English is necessary
2. Good command of written and spoken, Pashto and Dari.
3. High Communication Skills, especially with clients.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with staff in a professional way.
5. Computer Skills Office,.
6. Good skill to make an effective method to control the vehicles.
