Job Summary:


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Planned, implemented the fleet Missions, prepared daily / monthly reports, and purchase orders for all repair parts
• Supervised and provided technical support for the LV/HV workshop and to the workshop team
• Conducted pre-purchase truck inspections, including all truck Inspection reports
• Scheduled missions to high risk areas / coordinating with the security manager
• Followed up with the dispatchers on all missions and statuses through GPS to include the coordinated efforts with other units
• Continued the follow up efforts for the cost analysis of fleet utilization
• Able to communicate and follow the written instruction from the military
• Knowledge of trucks specially Benz, Kamaz and Volvo trucks
• Being able to communicate in both local languages and English
• Preferably having knowledge of diagnostic computer system
• Valid truck driving license

Job Requirement:

• University Degree or any other relevant Education
• Transport Management background a minimum of 3 years
• Strong knowledge of English, Pashto and Dari written and spoken.
• Advance knowledge of computer
• Knowledge of maintenance and service of HVs/ LVSs
• Knowledge of tracking devices
• Understanding of trucks specifications
• Ability to obtain a visual and mechanical truck inspection
• Ability to use the parts catalogue/extract part numbers and addition info from the catalogue (Benz, KAMAZ and other truck products)
• Repot writing in English (Accident/ incident, daily, weekly and monthly reports)
• Knowledge of Diagnostic machine
• Be able to travel to provinces in case of need
