About Afghanistan Stabilization Initiative (ASI) :

Job Summary:

The Visa and Travel Officer will assist in clerical duties in the ASI office in compliance with DAI policy and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Visa and Travel Officer will perform the following functions but not limited to:

• Domestic Travel booking online in TAMIS
• Getting work permit for expat from ministry of work affairs
• Getting work permit for local staff from ministry of work affairs
• Getting Afghanistan or any other visa for national and international staff
• Make photocopies and distribute correspondence as appropriate;
• Registration of expat staff in ministry of interior affairs
• Provide staff TIN forms
• Maintain the RMSI Tracking list and Report it on monthly basis
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Senior HR Manager

Job Location:



• Secondary school education required.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in an equivalent position. Experience working in a similar position for an NGO or an international organization is preferred. Must also have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment. In addition, must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and work irregular hours.
