Duties and Responsibilities:
The Filling Assistant’s responsibilities include:
•Daily and monthly filling of HR documents on the relevant personal folders
•Assist HR officer for Maintaining the HR filling system and personnel files of all Afghanistan employees updated in a monthly basis.
•At the end of each month double checks the monthly attendance sheets with HR officer in order to make sure no signature is missing in monthly attendance sheets.
•To make sure there is enough needs of stationary materials available in HR department and to follow with Logistic department regarding needs of stationary one week in advance.
•Labelling of personal folders and other necessary files.
•Keeping all personal folders and files up to date.
•Assist Human Resource Department in daily routine works.
•Preparing list of all training materials which have been taken in bases and arrange them in proper way in Resource Centre.
•To upload all the training handouts (Soft) on ACTED Documentation website along with the list of trainings.
•Files monthly hard copies of Titanic reports.
•Make the personal folders for new hiring staff.
•Follow daily forms and manage for HRM and CD approvals

Preference will be given to he/she with the following qualifications:
•The candidate should be at least high school graduate. Having high education is an advantage.
•Having basic knowledge of computer (MS word) is essential.
