Duties & Responsibilities

Mission 1: Implement of community integrated strategy for behaviour change
ماموریت 1. تطبیق استراتیژی مختلط چامعه برای تغیر عادات.
The promoter is responsible for:
ترویج کننده مسولیت دارد که وظایف ذیل را انجام دهد.
- Participate in the pre-implementation assessment on the field
- اشتراک نمودن در ارزیابی قبل از تطبیق پروژه در ساحه
- Participate in the identification of Community Health Shuras and/or FAHG
- اشتراک نمودن در شناسایی شورا های صحی جامعه و گروب همایوی صحی جامعه.
- Participate in the elaboration of the support tools for the implementation of strategy
- اشتراک برای تشریح وسایل کمکی برای تطبیق استراتیژی
- Prepare and ensure that materials needed is available and in good quality before going on the field
- اماده سازی و حصول اطمنان از موجودیت مواد مورد ضرورت و از خوب بودن کیفت مواد قبل از رفتن به ساحه.
- Plan, organize and realize sessions, according to the methodology defined, with Health Shuras, FHAG and community (men/women) regarding acute malnutrition and complementary feeding: basic nutrition, cooking practices and cooking demonstrations, acute malnutrition, personal and environmental hygiene…
- پلان گزاری ، سازماندهی و تحقق بخیشدین جلسات مطابق رویش از قبل تعین شده با شواراهای صحی ، گروب های همایوی جامعه و اعضای جامعه در رابطه با سوء تغذی حاد و شیر دهی تکمیلی و هم چنان تغذیه مقدماتی ، اداب آشپزی و نمایشات آشپزی ، سوء تغذی حاد و حفظ الصحه شخصی و محیطی.
- Provide activity report for each session conducted, pass the information of some issues are encountered to the supervisor.
- تهیه گزارش فعالیت های هر جلسه و انتقال معلومات از بعضی موضوعات برای آمر مستقیم مربوطه.
- Participate in the final assessment of the strategy implementation
- اشتراک در ارزیابی اخری تطبیق استراتیژِی
Mission 2: Train and mobilize the community members
ماموریت 2: اموزش دهی و بسیج سازی اعضای جامعه.
The promoter is responsible for:
ترویج کننده مسولیت دارد که وظایف ذیل را انجام دهد.
- Liaise with the authorities, committees and other beneficiaries ;
- ارتباط داشتن با مسولین ، کمیته ها و مستفیدین
- Support the CHS in the organization and leading of monthly meetings with Shuras at both levels;
- همکاری با سوپروایزر صحی جامعه برای سازماندهی و رهبری ملاقات های ماهانه با شورا ها
- Visit community Shuras on a regular basis with the CHS;
- بازدید از شورا های صحی جامعه بطور منظم با سوپروایزر صحی جامعه.
- Participate to the elaboration of the training tools
- اشتراک برای تشریح نمودن مواد آموزشی
- Provide training sessions on the ENAs (complementary feeding and acute malnutrition) to Community Health Shuras and/or FAHG ;
- ایجاد جلسات آموزشی برای برای شیر دهی تکمیلی و سوء تغذی حاد برای شورا های صحی جامعه و گروب همایوی صحی جامعه.
- Provide report for each training session
- تهیه راپور از هر چلسه اموزشی
- Report any problem/challenges faced to the supervisor
- گزارش دهی به آمر مربوطه در صورت هرگونه مشکلات که با سوپروایزر مواجه میشود.

Mission 2. Relay ACF activities and objectives to the communities and partners
مامورت 3: پخش کردن فعالیت ها و اهداف موسسه ای سی اف را برای جامعه و همکارن موسسه.
The WASH head of promoters has to:
سر تیم ترویج کننده ها باید وظایف ذیل را انجام دهد.
- Develop contacts and explain to stakeholders and to populations the activities and the objectives of the programs
- ایجاد تماس و تشریح نمودن فعالیت ها و اهداف پروگرام را برای مردم و استیک هولدر ها.
- Represent the organisation with the beneficiaries with the agreement of the hierarchical supervisor
- نماینده گی از موسسه در با مستفیدین با موافقت آمر مربوطه با در نظر داشت سلسله مراتب.
- Inform local authorities about all aspects of the programs
- معلومات دادن به مسوُلین محلی در باره همه جوانب پروگرام.
- Respect ACF charter
- احترام داشتن به منشور ای سی اف.
- Involve and inform the communities in the implementation of the program
- دخیل ساختن و آگاهی دادن جامعه برای تطبیق پروگرام
- Work in collaboration with the stakeholders
کار نمودن در هماهنگی با استیک هولدر ها.

Job Requirements

- Graduated from 12th class or more, with at least one year experience in the field.
- حد اقل فارغ صنف دوازدهم وبه درجه تحصیلی بالاتر ارجحیت داده میشود. داشتن حد اقل دوسال تجربه کاری مرتبط به وظیفه.
- Basic knowledge in nutrition and WASH
- معلومات ابتدای در باره سوء تعذی و حفظ الصحه
- Excellent communication with people
- داشتن مهارت عالی ارتباطی با مردم
- Training skills & Sense of confidentiality
- داشتن مهارت های تعلیمی و داشتن حس نگهداری راز و محرمیت
- Flexibility &Dynamism & Autonomy
- انعطاف پزیری ، پویایی و استقلالیت
- Excellent knowledge of local languages (Dari)
- توانای خوب گفتاری و نوشتاری زبان های محلی
- Good knowledge of the intervention area داشتن معلومات کافی از محل تطبیق پروژه
- English speaking is a plus داشتن مهارت های انگلیسی بهتر
