Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement web services and IT support for Branch Directorate and Schools.
Ensure that all CIS delivery is implemented in Dari.
Assist in the development of the ANATC web site design ICW all subordinate schools and ANATC G7.
Establish the ANATC web site.
conduct trouble shooting web site management .
Coordinate effectively with various mentors and Aghan school officials to incorporate timely information on the conduct of course, graduations.
Establish baseline documents and coordinate trend analysis to deliver to ANATC Branch Director and mentors to assist in determining effective measurements of curriculum and graduation rates.
a. Bilingual, with fluency in English and at least one Afghan dialect
b. Must pass background check.
c. Must have advanced IT and Web skills
d. Recent operational experience training Afghanistan is highly preferred.
e. Experience with Afghan military doctrine and operations highly preferred.
f. Ability to review relevant U.S. Field Manuals and publications for application to the Afghan National Army; in conjunction with CSTC-A, develops course of instruction and course materials.
g. Afghan military background preferred.
h. Bachelors or Education Equivalent preferred,
i. Superior writing, computing and communications skills required.
j. Experience in office automation programs, such as MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word.
k. Must meet all physical, medical and other requirements for hiring a local national.
