EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVIDING FACILITY MANAGEMENT: HARD SERVICES (BUILDING MAINTENANCE) FOR A

RFQ Description:

Afghanistan International Bank (AIB) is seeking an Expression of Interest from qualified service

providers for providing Facility Management: Hard Services (building Management) for their

Head Office Building in Kabul Afghanistan.

The AIB Head Office is a purpose built 2B + G + 11 office building, with a total BUA of 24,485m2.

The services to be provided by the Service Provider will include but not be limited to:

 Hard Services to specified standards – Statutory compliance, planned and reactive maintenance

(MEP/specialist systems)

 Hard Services to specified standards – Planned and reactive maintenance (Civil Infrastructure

and Building Fabric)

 Provide a responsive Helpdesk service operating 24 hours a day for 365 days a year

Please note that Soft Services (Cleaning, security, waste management etc.) is excluded from this

contract.

Interested parties will be required to a complete Pre-Qualification process as part of the expression

of interest procedure, to be considered for the next stage of a formal Tender for the services.
