Today more than other times, Afghan women and girls need skills that will equip them for a fast-changing work environment. Technical and communication skills are highly desired by employers and the need for proficiency in English is becoming essential for many posts. Aspiring professionals recognize that English is increasingly the language of discourse in many professional and fluency in it can open the door to numerous opportunities. The scholarship will be provided for students to learn English language at an advance level in order to obtain English language certificate of Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or The International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
